You see a cod at the fishmongers and are already frightened by the pure thought of how the heck you fillet such a fellow without getting fishbones in every mouthful. You may also be thinking, “What other than fishcakes, can one make of this?” And then it would also be easier just to buy it al ready to cook.

 

At Rabarbergaarden, we want to show you how easy it’s to prepare a cod. In addition, we will introduce you to a variety of dishes. The cod is a magnificent fish, and you can wonderful dishes without getting into trouble.
