Sunday roast
Beeing together with others around the table is as essential as the organic and local produce we use creating our meals. Sunday Roast is created to set the frame for having some quality time together with friends and family. While having a nice lunch the passed week can be discussed before a new one is about to start.

Coffee & tea
We get our organic coffee from a small scale coffee roasting company in Hundested. We have, in collaboration with the skilled roasters, designed a blend and a mild roast that suits us and our guests.
Our teas are carefully selected based on variety, country and production method. We value the great black teas like Darjeeling, Earl Grey, Assam and Keemun where we only go for the best.
The herbal teas are always made from the farm’s own herbs, which are fresh in summer and dried in winter. All our coffees and teas are organic, of course.
